Ingredients

  • Shiitake Mushrooms

  • Sesame oil - 2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp

  • Cooked Rice

  • 2 Eggs


Instructions

Step 1

Heat pan with sesame oil.


Step 2

Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.


Step 3

Add soy sauce. Stir until glazy.


Step 4

Add it to a bowl of rice and fried egg.
